Ivan Lim is a writer well known for his sports column in which he galvanized and glamorized fan support for football teams, and a lifestyle column in which he made his shrewd, often tongue-in-cheek observations about nightspots, their patrons and their entertainers. He started writing at a very young age – his first published article was in The Straits Times when he was 16 years old. Ivan has had close to 20 years of experience as a journalist, many of which were spent with The New Paper. He was also editor of entertainment magazine M3 MoviesMusicMonthly and spent about a year with MediaCorp Press' free tabloid, TODAY. He is also a professionally-trained musician and an award-winning classical guitarist.
