Jaime Teo
Former beauty queen Jaime Teo (she was Miss Singapore-Universe 2001) is host of a Channel U variety show called Foodball Tic Tac Goal, a game which which requires her to pit her ball skills (volleyball, softball, tennis etc) against fellow hosts. She's had to eat blue cheese vinegar porridge as a result of losing, and from her reaction to the dish, you can gather she doesn't recommend it. Jaime is also in a Channel 8 drama called Destiny and she's currently filming for Beyond the Axis of Truth, which will air in September.

“I can't understand what makes football so interesting,” she admits of what she describes as a potentially-violent sport. But as a spectator sport?
“It's quite exciting if it's a group activity, where the group is split between, say, Manchester United and Liverpool,'' she says. “Football is too difficult for me,” she says. “If I’m watching it alone, I'd like only to watch the highlights, where they show the exciting parts, like the goals.

Jaime’s outfit: Levi’s long-sleeve knit, cropped pants.

>>p.s. I have the proud honour of being the first person to ever interview Jaime. That was when she was in the Miss Singapore-Universe 2001 Pageant. I was with MediaCorp Press then and was invited to report on the pre-judging as well as to pick who I would like to interview. There were hundreds of girls that day, but somehow Jaime stood out. I am also extremely proud of her for winning.
